1. Michelle Gatfield, a radiation therapy trainee, claims that she reminds herself of her dream when the training gets tough.

2. Her goal is to get a qualification that's recognised internatiinally. With that, she thinks she can travel to see the world. That is her dream.

3. Michelle can get through by using time productively. To Michelle, the medical radiation therapy in which she is in her third year is an intense program. Hard work is a must, but they're a small group and they all help each other to get through.

4. Time management is a large part of her success. Here is how she and her classmates manage the time: (1) when she finish class at 3pm she will stay at uni until 5pm, (2) then at lunchtimes instead of just hanging out for the next class, most of them will use that time productively.
